1st Day at MPS (10 Nov 08)

Today is my first day at Majlis Perbandaran Selayang. I start working at 8am and i was assign to IT department. My academic supervisor is Madam Zalina binti Ahmad. Some of the tasks that i learn are:

• Meet my supervisor and introduce myself to the staffs of IT Department.

• Learn how to handle the complains from other departments such server down and PC not functioning.

• Inspection the PC from other department

• Learn how to photostat report.
